Sophia has been a licensed CPA in California since 2016 and brings over 12 years of comprehensive experience in public accounting and tax practices, including nearly four years with Big Four accounting firms.
Sophia received a Master of Accountancy from California State University, Los Angeles, and a Master of Taxation from the University of Southern California.
Sophia works with a wide range of clients — from high-net-worth and expatriate individuals to small businesses, growing companies, large corporations, partnerships, trusts, non-profits, investors, and international organizations. She helps clients with tax planning, compliance and reporting, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial reporting.
With extensive experience in both U.S. and international taxation, Sophia specializes in handling complex tax situations for multi-entity and multi-tiered structures. She’s well-versed in managing consolidated tax compliance for groups with multiple subsidiaries, joint ventures, partnerships, REITs, blocker corporations, and foreign investors — ensuring every detail of ownership, withholding, and reporting is handled with care and precision.
